About Stanwood
Situated at the mouth of the Stillaguamish River, Stanwood has maintained it’s friendly small town Scandanavian heritage that is very dear to its residents. The greater Stanwood community encompasses a large area including; Warm Beach and the Seven Lakes, Stillaguamish Valley, rolling hills of Cedarhome, and the vistas of Victoria and Bryant.
Stanwood is now one of the fastest growing areas on the I-5 corridor. The city has incorporated large tracts of land in the Cedarhome district that will be new family homes. Stanwood serves as the gateway to beautiful Camano Island which is also experiencing rapid growth and has approximately 30,000 full time residents.
